IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ

We do not offer refunds. The only exception is if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered. In that case, an exchange can be requested immediately upon delivery.


01 · CORE POLICY

No Refund Policy

All sales on withgrit.in are final. Due to the nature of our nutraceutical and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.

This policy exists to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every product we deliver to every customer.

02 · EXCEPTION

Wrong Product Delivered

We take order accuracy seriously. If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered — wrong variant, wrong SKU, or wrong item — you are entitled to an exchange.

Eligibility: Exchange requests must be raised immediately upon delivery. We will not be able to process exchange claims once the product has been opened, used, or stored after delivery.

To raise an exchange request:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Share your order number and a clear unboxing photo/video showing the wrong product received
  • Our team will review and confirm the exchange within 2 business days
  • Correct product will be dispatched at no additional cost once verified

03 · NON-ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Dislike of taste, flavour, or smell — these are subjective preferences
  • Products ordered incorrectly (wrong variant selected by customer)
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Delayed or missed expected results — individual results vary
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
  • Orders placed during promotional or discounted sales
04 · DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If your order arrives with visibly damaged or tampered packaging, do not accept the delivery. Raise a complaint with the courier on the spot and contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

Claims for transit damage must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with supporting media. Cases will be reviewed individually.

05 · CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order at Contact@withgrit.in.
