Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full in such cases.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on withgrit.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept payments via the methods available at checkout — including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets — processed securely through Razorpay or Shopify Payments. We do not store payment card details.

Shipping

Orders are shipped across India within 1–2 business days of placement. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. For full details, refer to our Shipping Policy.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

The only exception is if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered. In this case, an exchange may be requested immediately upon delivery. For full details, refer to our Refund Policy.
