Where We Ship

WithGrit™ ships across India through our trusted logistics partners. We currently ship domestically only—international shipping is not available at this time.

02 · SHIPPING CHARGES

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, and external factors. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–5 days; Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take up to 7 business days.


03 · ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

04 · TRACKING

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your delivery in real time through our logistics partner's portal.

If you don't receive a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@withgrit.in.

05 · FAILED DELIVERIES

Undelivered Orders

In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will notify you of the return and coordinate re-shipment
  • Re-shipment charges may apply depending on the reason for failed delivery
  • If the address provided was incorrect, the customer bears re-shipment costs

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate when placing an order.

06 · DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Damaged Packaging on Arrival

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Raise a complaint with the delivery agent immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos or a video of the damaged package

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted. Cases will be reviewed individually.
