RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
The only exception is a wrong product delivered. If you receive a different variant or item from what you ordered, you are eligible for an exchange — provided:
- The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
- The product is unopened and unused
- An unboxing photo/video clearly showing the wrong product is shared
To raise a request, email contact@withgrit.in with your order number and supporting media. Verified exchanges are dispatched at no additional cost.
Not eligible for exchange or refund: change of mind, taste/flavour preference, incorrect variant selected by customer, opened or used products, promotional sale orders.
Damaged in transit: Do not accept visibly damaged or tampered deliveries. Raise a complaint with the courier on the spot and contact us within 24 hours with photos/video.
